Network Operation Centre Specialist
- Perform 7 x 24 on-going support to networking devices
- Maintain and ensure network performance can fulfill service standard
- Conduct periodic analysis of network performance and traffic statistics, so as to ensure the network and Data Centre resources are optimized and to maximize productivity and profitability.
- Handling of customer’s complaints and related fault ticketing activities.
- Perform network management and monitoring of our multi-network infrastructures, systems and facilities in our Network Operation Centre.
- Higher Diploma or above in Information technology, Computer Science or related disciplines
- Possess 1- 3 years hands-on working experience in NOC environment is an advantage
- Familiar with transmission equipment, IP and routing, data communication equipment, network management system, LAN/WAN technologies, ICT etc
- Require to work on rotating shift duties
- Fluency in English and Chinese (spoken and written)Self-motivated, good interpersonal skill
