Business Analyst
- Facilitate and analyze business requirements and translating into detailed requirements and technical specification documentation
- Perform business analysis, user requirement studies and assist stakeholders in developing business process flow
- Coordinate User Acceptance Test and resolution of problems
- Provides the Product Owner with administrative support whilst evolving Product roadmap, creation of epics and writing of user stories and managing the product backlog
- Provides a familiarity in process and a low-level understanding of multiple areas, such as: disciplined agile software delivery, production support processes, continuous DevOps pipelines
- Bachelor’s degree in Business/Information Technology related area
- Around 3 to 5 years solid working experience as Business Analyst
- Experience in Agile is a highly preferred
- Strong BA relationship management and collaborative, encouraging team skills to ensure both IT and business teams remain engaged and comfortable to progress with analysis and delivery of proposed solutions.
- Excellent communication with strong report writing skills
