  • Update database in timely basis & generate order reports & generate inventory control report
  • Coordinate with both external & internal parties
  • Maintain good communication and relationship with local clients and suppliers
  • Perform ad-hoc projects or duties as assigned
  • Diploma or above
  • 1 year relative work experience
  • Proactive and courteous attitude / customer service oriented
  • Excellent team-work & coordination skills
  • Good Word/ Excel/ PowerPoint skill
  • Good command in Mandarin and English is an advantage
  • Immediate available is preferred
