  • Provide operations and administrative support
  • Communicate and coordinate with both external & internal parties for the procurement
  • Review order requests for accuracy/completeness
  • Track orders through delivery and providing on-going status
  • Provide work over-flow support
  • Update database in timely basis & generate order reports & generate inventory control report
  • Provide end-to-end delivery services as per customers’ processes and requirements
  • Diploma or above
  • 1 year related work experience
  • Fresh grad may also be considered
  • Proactive and courteous attitude / customer service oriented
  • Excellent team-work & coordination skills
  • Good Word/ Excel/ PowerPoint skill
  • Good command in Mandarin and English is an advantage
  • Immediate available is preferred
