  • Troubleshoot hardware, software, networking and configuration problems in PCs
  • Provide on time support to end users
  • Install and configure PC hardware / software
  • Support desktop software application and email system
  • Trouble shoot PC related devices and escalate problem if needed
  • Various industries for your consideration: Banking, Gov, Finance, Retail…
  • Diploma or above in Information Technology or equivalent
  • At least 1 year of related work experience
  • Knowledge on PCs/ Desktop and basic Networking issue support
  • Familiar with Windows Computer Operating System and Microsoft Office applications
  • Good attitude and hardworking with team player
  • Good communication skill in English and Cantonese
  • Immediately available is an advantage
