  • Configure and support network and security devices and services (e.g. routers, switches, firewall, loadbalancer, IPS, web proxy, DDoS, IPSEVPN, QoS etc.)
  • Provide support and troubleshooting for network issues
  • Manage and support for network connectivity across 10 APAC offices
  • Follow the change management process to implement the network change
  • Liaise with vendors for problem resolution
  • Maintain and update network technical documentation
  • Degree or Diploma in Computer science or I.T related discipline
  • Minimum of 4+ year of experience in data network
  • In depth understanding of communication protocols (TCP/IP) and routing protocol(BGP, EIGRP, OSPF, HSRP, IPSEC, QoS)
  • Hands-on experience with CISCO products, PaloAlto firewall, Fortigate firewall, Bluecoat proxy or F5 load balancer
  • Hands-on experience with network diagnostic and network analytics tool
  • Good Teamwork and problem-solving skill
  • Good command of both spoken and written English and Cantonese
  • Obtained CCNA and able to communicate in Mandarin is an advantage
  • Working experience in Banking and Financial company is an advantage
