System Engineer (Windows Server)
- Various daily and system support the infrastructure and application systems.
- Provide daily supports on system administration, backup operation and batch processing.
- Occasional needs to perform system support and fire-fighting after office hours.
- Occasional needs to perform system maintenance and application system program migration during non-office hours and weekend.
- Diploma or Bachelor Degree in any of the information technology.
- Minimum 4 years of Windows Server support.
- Interpersonal sensitivity and customer responsiveness with good spoken and written communication skills, team working skills.
- Escalation of problems in a timely manner as per the escalation matrix.
- Good English and Chinese communication skills (both written and spoken)
