  • Provide end user support at 1st and 2nd level on system and network
  • Perform troubleshooting, administer and maintain application systems
  • Physically set up computers and software system installation
  • Provide any other IT duties as assigned by the supervisors
  • Diploma or above in Computer Science, IT or related disciplines
  • At least 3 year or above experience in PC or IT helpdesk/desktop support
  • Strong technical skill and support experience on MS Office 365, Windows OS, outlook
  • Willing to work overtime
  • Good command in both spoken and written English and Mandarin
  • Immediately available is an advantage
