- Provide first and second tier level deskside support to end users through email, phone or in person
- Prepare, install and configure desktop/laptop hardware & software and other IT equipment
- Participate and provide updates in project tracking calls
- Record and manage all incidents and requests in ticket-tracking system
- Diploma or above in Information Technology
- Minimum 3 years of related working experience
- Proven work experience as a Desktop Support Engineer, Technical Support Engineer or similar role
- Hands-on experience with Windows 7/10 environments
- Working knowledge of MS Office 2010 or later and common desktop software
- Knowledge of network security practices and anti-virus programs is an advantage
- Ability to perform remote troubleshooting and provide clear instructions
- Excellent problem-solving and multitasking skills
- Good English and Chinese communication skills (both written and spoken)
