  • Implement network infrastructure installations and configurations
  • Participate in troubleshooting and support of network infrastructure and various client services
  • Deliver technical documentation of infrastructure, control procedures, operation and review data network proposals
  • Drive vendor for technology enhancement and manage the project delivery, product support and escalated issue management
  • Higher Diploma or above in Computer Science, Information Technology, Electronic Engineering or a related discipline
  • Minimum 2 years working experience in network administration/support
  • Hands-on experience of Routers & Switches, Firewall, Wireless Network and other networking equipment
  • Basic knowledge in Linux and Windows Server platform
  • Good command of English and Mandarin
  • Self-motivated, positive and flexible attitude with ability to work independently
