  • Provide deskside support to users
  • Perform remote troubleshooting and provide clear instructions
  • Ensure Hardware/ Software runs smoothly during daily operation
  • Package, test and execute software & patch deployment to Windows7/10 workstations by using SCCM
  • Preparing weekly and monthly reports after deployment cycles
  • Troubleshooting the software package, SCCM client and server components issues
  • Manual software & patch installation to Windows 7/10 workstations if necessary
  • Higher diploma or above in Information Technology
  • Minimum 3 years of related working experience
  • Hands-on experience with Windows 7/10 environments
  • Strong SCCM Skill for Patch Deployment Service Uses is an advantage
  • Excellent problem-solving and multitasking skills
  • Good English and Chinese communication skills (both written and spoken)
