  • Perform regular Windows server maintenance and application upgrades
  • Responsible for basic network infrastructure setup
  • Provide tier1 – tier2 support for end users
  • Support Desktop hardware, Microsoft Windows, Office, O365, Outlook
  • Higher Diploma holder or above in Computer Science / Information Technology
  • Minimum 2+ years experience in IT support
  • Hands-on experience in Windows Server maintenance
  • Hands-on experience in End users support
  • Able to work independent, self-motivated and willing to take challenges
  • Good command of both written and spoken Chinese and Mandarin
