  • Conduct business analysis and collect user requirements
  • Consolidate and work closely with various stakeholders
  • Handle voice related project (e.g. voice recording)
  • Ensure third party to follow all the corporate standards
  • Suggest areas of improvement in internal processes along with possible solutions
  • Prepare user guide and conduct end user training
  • Bachelor's degree or above in Computer Science, Information Technology or related discipline
  • At least 3 years of Business Analyst working experience with solid project/vendor management skills
  • Working experience with IP / voice recording project
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Good command of both written and spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin
