Deskside Engineer
- Responsible for internal 1st and 2nd level user support
- Perform troubleshooting, administer and maintain application systems
- Physically set up computers and software system installation
- Record and manage all incidents and requests in ticket-tracking system
- Diploma or above in Computer Science, IT or related disciplines
- At least 2 year or above experience in PC or IT helpdesk/desktop support
- Experience on MS Office 365, Windows OS, outlook
- Hands-on experience with Windows 7/10 environments
- Good command in both spoken and written English and Mandarin
- Immediately available is an advantage
