  • Responsible for providing help desk services, handling and escalating problems
  • Real time monitoring network/system healthiness
  • Providing on-site technical support; printing and distributing user reports
  • Conducting routine system health check; producing performance reports
  • Executing backup arrangement and supporting operation
  • Diploma or above in Information Technology or other related discipline
  • At least one year working experience on computer operation experience in data centre
  • Hands-on experience in WebLogic , Unix (Oracle Solaris, IBM AIX, etc) or Windows platform will be an advantage
  • Good computer knowledge, communication skills and telephone manner
  • Good command of English and Chinese
