Senior Deskside Engineer(ibank)
- Provide First tier/ Second tier level deskside support to end users through email, phone or in person
- Ensure Hardware/ Software runs smoothly during daily operation
- Perform installation, configuration, administration and troubleshooting of resources including VMware, Operating System, Active Directory and Domain Name System
- Analyzing, solving technical problems regularly and identify trends for recurring problems
- To handle ad-hoc IT projects from time-to-time
- Higher Diploma or above in Information technology / Computer Science or related disciplines
- Minimum 4 years working experience in IT related Industry
- At least 2 years working experience in level 2 user support
- Working experience in Windows support, hardware/software and network support
- Solid experience on face to face desktop support and highly skilled on problem solving
- Working experience in bank/financial industry is an advantage
- Effective communication and good people skill
- Fluent in spoken and written English and Cantonese
