  • Provide Level 2 technical assistance and support for incoming queries and issues related to computer systems, software, and hardware
  • Work on knowledge base & support day to day EUS project
  • Prepare and record the incident report, escalation point of incident analyses
  • Create procedure to end user for accident prevention
  • Provide a professional service on handling incidents, service requests and end user communications, including senior executive and VIP support
  • Analyzing, solving technical problems regularly and identify trends for recurring problems, if any, and reduce or eliminate such problems.
  • Diploma or above in Information technology / Computer Science or related disciplines
  • Minimum 6 years working experience in IT related Industry
  • At least 3 years working experience on level 2 user support
  • Working experience in record the incident report and incident analyses
  • Working experience on O365 and application, including mobile apps
  • Knowledge on O365, LAN, WAN, AD, Server, Bloomberg, Desktop application and OS support.
  • Effective communication and good people skill.
  • Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese
