Media Recording Specialist (Verint)
- Exceptional Trade floor media recording experience
- Responsible for delivering Dealer board Media recording infrastructure (including turrets and private wire recording) and user migration
- Work closely with vendors, including but not limited to requirements gathering, design, build, testing and go live
- Migrate existing users to new infrastructure and demise old infra when required
- Liaise with HSBC IT teams (AD, IT security, desktop etc) for implementation
- Working closely with HSBC architects
- Strong VoIP and network knowledge (LAN/WAN and QoS)
- Required to work with regional and global team
- Define global support process (Level 1 to Level 3) and provide training for downstream data consumers
- Strong VoIP and network knowledge (LAN/WAN and QoS)
- Required to work with regional and global team
- Preferable Verint or NICE recorder system experience
- Higher Diploma or above in Computer Science/Information Technology or other disciplines
- Minimum 3 years of experience on VOIP and VcIP technology with brands, e.g. Verint and NICE is preferred
- Working knowledge on VOIP and VcIP technology, e.g. trading turrets and deployment
- Experience on enterprise solution design on voice and video / familiarize with Change and Design governance process in FSI environment
- Good team player regionally who needs to work for remote locations if required, candidates with leadership experience would be considered as team lead
- Proactive and good in both English and Chinese communication
