  • Maintain and support CRM system, Loyalty management system and POS retail system
  • Maintain and support Microsoft Dynamics AX 2012 ERP system
  • Support web application and mobile apps application
  • Perform programming development on function customizations and report enhancements and project rollout
  • Assist in project implementation, including system migration, UAT and other related ad-hoc project
  • Collect user requirements
  • Troubleshoot on the issue of the existing customer
  • Diploma or above in Information Technology, Computer Science or related disciplines
  • 2 years of working experience in IT application support
  • Knowledge in PHP/.net/Apache/MS SQL and SSRS is mandatory
  • Working experience in vendor management
  • Working experience in Dynamics AX / Dynamics 365 is an advantage
  • Ability to communicate clearly with various business users on project tasks and status
  • Self-motivated, strong sense of responsibility and willing to explore new technology
  • Proficiency in both written and spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin
