System Engineer/Senior System Engineer
- Handle system administration, upgrade, configuration, installation, troubleshooting, patching, and monitoring of information systems including Microsoft AD, Exchange email, VM platform and endpoints system
- Assist with the implementation of IT projects, such as PC replacement, System Migration, Server Migration
- Manage system storage and backup, and restore the operations
- Assist in planning and implementing systems
- Troubleshoot system and network problems; diagnose and resolve hardware or software faults
- Maintain operation & support procedures, server and hardware inventory
- Higher Diploma or above in Information System, Computer Science or related discipline
- Minimum experience 5 years working experience in IT related and 3 years working experience in server administration or support
- Solid experience in Windows Domains, Microsoft Active Directory, Microsoft Office 365 or Exchange environment
- Working experience in Microsoft Active Directory migration is highly prefer
- Working experience in the administration of Azure Cloud, Office 365 and AWS will be an advantage
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese
- Immediately available is highly preferred
