  • Support RFS & daily BAU activities including Wintel server install/ support/ troubleshoot/ upgrade/ decommission/ administration
  • Provide on-site support services including datacenter server onboarding & offboarding, support server/ storage/ network maintenance, cabling patching and management
  • Maintain operation & support procedures, server and hardware inventory
  • Incident handling
  • Diploma or above in Information Technology
  • Minimum 4 years working experience in server support or administration
  • Working experience in Windows Domains, Microsoft Active Directory, Microsoft Office 365 or Exchange environment
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills
  • Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese
  • Immediately available is highly preferred
