SW8079 | 13 Nov 2020 Senior Deskside Engineer
  • Provide First tier/ Second tier level deskside support to end users through email, phone or in person
  • Provide system support e.g. Windows OS/AD/O365 admin, Linux
  • Perform troubleshoot for Windows platform and products
  • End-user support advisory, for example, supervision and support of the on-site Helpdesk team
  • Coordinate with our service providers for example, VPN, firewall support and new visitor center setup
  • To handle ad-hoc IT projects from time-to-time
  • Diploma or above in Information technology / Computer Science or related disciplines
  • Minimum 4 years working experience in IT related Industry
  • At least 2 years working experience in level 2 user support
  • Working experience in Windows support, hardware/software and network support
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills
  • Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese
  • Immediately available is highly preferred
