  • Provide First tier/ Second tier level technical support to end users
  • Provide system support e.g. Windows OS/ AD/ O365 admin, Linux
  • Perform system monitoring, software and patch upgrade
  • Perform troubleshoot for Windows platform and products
  • Coordinate with our service providers for example, VPN, firewall support and new visitor center setup
  • To handle ad-hoc IT projects from time-to time
  • Diploma or above in Information Technology or IT related
  • Minimum 4 years working experience in IT support related
  • At least 2 years working experience in server support or administration
  • Working experience in Windows Domains, Microsoft Active Directory, Microsoft Office 365 or Exchange environment
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills
  • Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese
  • Immediate available is highly preferred
