Helpdesk / Deskside Support
- Provide first-line support for all IT incidents, resolve application system and IT infrastructure related failures
- Responsible for PC desktop equipment procurement, delivery, installation and setup
- Provide end-user support on hardware, software, server and networking related issues
- Provide helpdesk and remote IT support if necessary
- Required to provide on-call support and work outside office hours
- Handle ad hoc duties as assigned
- Diploma or above in Computer Science, Information Technology or any related discipline
- Minimum one year working experience in Information Technology areas
- Knowledge and experience in first-line user and technical
- Working experience in Windows support and hardware/software
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
