Deskside Support
- Provide first tier level deskside support to end users through email, phone or in person
- Responsible for monitor and support the internal system
- Perform troubleshoot for Windows platform and products
- Coordinate with vendor for the newly launched software implementation
- Handle ad-hoc duties as assigned
- Degree or above in Information Technology or any related discipline
- Minimum 3 years of IT related working experience
- Hands-on experience with Windows environment
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese
- Immediate available is highly preferred
