  • Provide first tier level deskside support to end users through email, phone or in person
  • Responsible for monitor and support the internal system
  • Perform troubleshoot for Windows platform and products
  • Coordinate with vendor for the newly launched software implementation
  • Handle ad-hoc duties as assigned
  • Degree or above in Information Technology or any related discipline
  • Minimum 3 years of IT related working experience
  • Hands-on experience with Windows environment
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese
  • Immediate available is highly preferred
