Assistant Project Manager (Application)
- Manage, monitor and coordinate project implementation to ensure smooth project running and on track to complete
- Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders effectively
- Perform risk assessment
- Vendor management /Ensure third party follow all the corporate standards
- Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget
- Assist in the definition of project scope and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility
- Measure project performance using appropriate tools and techniques
- Report and escalate to management as needed
- Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation
- Higher Diploma or above in Information Technology, Computer Science or related disciplines
- Minimum 4 years working experience in project coordination and management
- Working experience in Java/.net application is highly preferred
- Working experience in vendor management
- Good communication skill and interpersonal skill
- Good command of both written and spoken English and Cantonese
