  • Manage and keep track of work progress of team members
  • Participate with different business / technical functions, daily communications with various parties and follow up enquiries
  • Manage, control and monitor of daily project works, instructions and progress
  • Provide documentation and support service during project delivery
  • Participate in application design, development, enhancement, testing and system implementation
  • Improve code quality through writing unit tests, automation and performing code reviews
  • Assist in ad hoc projects
  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related discipline
  • Minimum 4 years working experience on Application development
  • At least 2 years working experience on Project coordination and management
  • Working experience in IBM Websphere MQ on AS400 on application support side; and CL programming / RPG ILE or CLLE / SSL and security component
  • Working experience in stakeholder management
  • Working experience in banking industry is highly prefer
  • Proactive and friendly character
  • Excellent communication skills in both Chinese and English would be a big plus
