  • Provide tier1 – tier2 support for end users
  • Responsible for handle technical issue by phone, email and on-site
  • Support Desktop hardware, Microsoft Windows, Office, O365, Outlook
  • Provide daily support on regular Windows server maintenance and application upgrades
  • Responsible for basic network infrastructure setup
  • Other ad-hoc tasks or projects
  • Diploma holder or above in Computer Science / Information Technology
  • Minimum 5 years working experience in Information Technology sector
  • Working experience in Banking and Finance industry is an advantage
  • Working experience in End users support
  • Working experience in supporting Microsoft Windows Operation System
  • Able to work independent, self-motivated and willing to take challenges
  • Good command of both written and spoken Chinese and Mandarin
  • Immediate available is highly preferred
