SW8103 | 20 Jan 2021 Assistant Service Delivery Manager (Helpdesk/Deskside)
  • Manage APAC EUS service performance (primary-Deskside support), SLA, CSAT, EUS Compliant, etc.
  • Able to work with client project and architecture team to enable country Deskside support team to support EUS application launch
  • Monitor, control and support service delivery; ensuring systems and procedures are in place and followed
  • Identify, investigate, escalate and resolve major incidents in order to maintain service performance and customer satisfaction
  • Higher Diploma or above in Information Technology or equivalent discipline
  • Minimum 5 years working experience in IT related
  • At least 2 years relevant experience in service delivery, implementation, project lead or IT supervisor level.
  • Working experience in handle EUS escalation case EUS service e.g. service desk/deskside support/Groupware for APAC
  • Working experience in lead multi countries deskside support leaders
  • Working experience in finance industry will be an advantage
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills with clients and colleagues (locally and overseas)
  • A proactive self-starter with the ability to work as a team, independently and under pressure.
  • Excellent command of both spoken and written English and Chinese
