Supervisor / Team Leader (Bank / Finance)
- Provide leadership on process and governance of Level 1 and Level 2 support experience
- Responsible for operational services and ensure performance in-line with End User Services "Core KPIs"
- Drive improvement initiatives as-per within EUS Portfolio
- Drives Technical Governance: engaging wider design team and peers
- Support Desktop, Microsoft Windows, Office, O365, Outlook
- Provide daily support on regular Windows server maintenance and application upgrades
- Manage process, knowledge: ensure services are documented/ maintainable
- Higher Diploma holder or above in Computer Science / Information Technology
- Minimum 7 years working experience in Information Technology sector
- With at least 3 years team lead experience in manage a small team and proven experience on staff management
- Working experience in Banking and Finance industry is an advantage
- Able to work independent, self-motivated and willing to take challenges
- Good command of both written and spoken Chinese and Mandarin
- Immediate available is highly preferred
