Application Support (ERP/ CRM / POS)
- Maintain and support CRM system, Loyalty management system and POS retail system
- Maintain and support ERP system
- Assist in project implementation, including system migration, UAT and other related ad-hoc project
- Collect user requirements
- Troubleshoot on the issue of the existing customer
- Communicate clearly with various business users
- 2 years of working experience in IT application support
- Experiences in Vendor management is advantage
- Self-motivated, strong sense of responsibility and willing to explore new technology
- Proficiency in Cantonese, English and Mandarin
