  • Maintain and support CRM system, Loyalty management system and POS retail system
  • Maintain and support ERP system
  • Assist in project implementation, including system migration, UAT and other related ad-hoc project
  • Collect user requirements
  • Troubleshoot on the issue of the existing customer
  • Communicate clearly with various business users
  • 2 years of working experience in IT application support
  • Experiences in Vendor management is advantage
  • Self-motivated, strong sense of responsibility and willing to explore new technology
  • Proficiency in Cantonese, English and Mandarin
