Senior System Analyst (Mobile Application)
- Design and develop mobile applications for the iOS / Android platform
- Planning and monitor team member overall performance
- Collaborate with project management team in architecture and building and enhance the application
- Aligns business 's needs and be part of the key team in defining system requirements and technical specifications, with a technical architecture and end to end solution
- Responsible for studying and training team new technology and framework
- Providing advices and consultancy regarding team development and strategies
- Overseeing the implementations of releases and to ensure a complete and on-time and on-quality build
- Coordinate the communication with internal and external stakeholders
- Degree or Higher diploma in computer subjects or related disciplines.
- 4 years or above hands-on experience in application development
- Solid experience in mobile application systems using Objective-C/Kotlin/Swift
- Experience leading team enterprise-wide development initiatives
- Working experience in application development using React-Native will be an advantage
- Experience in Financial mobile application development and maintenance will be an advantage
- Strong commitment to project deadline and delivering high quality work
- Servant leadership and a team player with strong interpersonal and people management skills
- Excellent communication skills in both written and verbal English and Chinese, proficient to lead and conduct presentations and discussions in English, Cantonese and Putonghua
