  • Perform daily system operation
  • Troubleshooting and solving computer system faults or problems, including operating systems, email application (O365) and network
  • Document all problems and support issues; work with vendors, local & regional IT teams and end users to resolve them
  • Manage user accounts and the related systems security aspects
  • Support system include VMware/ Windows etc.
  • Perform server maintenance, administration, backup and restore, health check, apply patches and upgrades
  • Participate in system migration project
  • Degree or above in Computing Science or related discipline with at least 5 years solid experience in IT Network and Infrastructure
  • Experience in maintenance of Windows and Linux system (Windows Server 2008/2012/2016, RedHat Linux)
  • Experience in maintenance of VMware Virtualization & SAN Storage system
  • Experience in supporting Microsoft O365 Email System
  • Good writing and documentation skill
  • Good command of written and spoken English, Chinese & Mandarin
  • Immediate available is preferred
