  • Provide support to stabilize, monitor and troubleshoot networking infrastructure including hardware and software
  • Perform daily network/security administration, operations and maintenance activities, capacity planning
  • Support LAN/WAN Protocols & Technologies: (TCP/IP, Multicast, Ethernet, VPN)
  • Update and maintain system documentation
  • Work closely with vendor to monitor the project implementation
  • Higher Diploma or above in Information Technology or other related discipline
  • Minimum 5 years’ solid working experience in network design, implementation and troubleshooting
  • At least of 3 years relevant working experiences in implement and support network security solutions
  • Familiar with Cisco router/switch, Checkpoint/Fortigate/F5 load balancer firewalls, WiFi and LAN/ WAN optimization solutions
  • Holder of Cisco's CCNP/CCNA certification is an advantage
  • Good team player with self-initiative that could work independently to meet defined schedule / deadline
  • Good communication skills
  • Good command of spoken and written Chinese (Cantonese) and English
