  • Provide IT deskside 1st-2nd tier support
  • Responsible for PC desktop equipment procurement, delivery, installation and setup
  • Provide end-user support on hardware, software, server and networking related issues
  • Handle deskside calls related to desktops/laptops, email platforms and related systems
  • Perform daily backup schedule on required systems
  • Diploma or above in Information System/Computer Science or other related discipline
  • Minimum 2 years relevant experience in Technical Support
  • Familiar with Microsoft Windows, Server, Microsoft Office and Windows Application
  • Hardworking and willing to work under pressure and independently
  • Self-motivated, strong problem solving and analytical skills
  • Good command in oral and written English, Chinese, and Mandarin
