Project Manager (Bank / Finance, 50-65K)
- Lead the delivery team in providing project management and internal consultancy services for system implementations, workflow design, and process re-engineering.
- Actively monitor project scope and resources to ensure all milestones are met within the specified schedule and budget.
- Collaborate closely with diverse stakeholders—including business users, Group counterparts, operations, IT, audit, legal, and compliance—to ensure seamless project execution.
- Facilitate forums, align senior stakeholders, and drive timely decision-making and escalations.
- Proactively manage potential risks across projects and recommend effective mitigation strategies when required.
- Stay abreast of the latest technology and banking industry best practices to drive process efficiencies and cost improvements.
- Foster a high-engagement team culture to deliver high-quality outputs that consistently exceed user expectations.
- University graduate in a related discipline or equivalent professional qualifications.
- Minimum of 5 years’ relevant experience in project management.
- Knowledge of retail banking, with a specific focus on credit cards and unsecured loans, is highly preferred.
- Proven experience as a project lead in large-scale transformation or revamp projects is a significant advantage.
- Strong capability in planning, governance, financial management, and dependency management within complex environments.
- Knowledge of Agile and experience as a Scrum Master is an advantage.
- A proactive professional with exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Proficient in both spoken and written English and Chinese.
